Visit Statistics: We maintain anonymous, per-page visit statistics solely for technical and content-development purposes. To distinguish unique visitors, IP addresses are stored in irreversible form using cryptographic hashing (SHA-256); the original IP address is not retained. Automated crawlers (Google, Bing, Facebook, etc.) are automatically filtered out by the system. This data is accessible solely to the Deep engine developer, is never shared with third parties, and is never used for marketing purposes — it serves only to understand which episodes are most read.
PIN-pad Security and Abuse Prevention: To protect PIN-code access to age-restricted content and to defend against brute-force attacks, our server logs the IP addresses of suspicious attempts. This log serves security purposes only, is not connected to the visit statistics, and is never used for marketing or advertising purposes. Security-log entries are automatically deleted after 90 days.
Anonymous Episode Feedback: At the end of every episode, you have the option to submit anonymous feedback (👍 / 👎). This feedback contains no personal identifiers and is used solely to improve the quality of our storytelling. These anonymous votes may also be displayed to other visitors in aggregated, anonymous form, so that interested readers can see how much others enjoyed a given episode and more easily decide whether the book interests them.
Social Media Links: The links to social platforms on our website (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Discord, etc.) are offered solely for community-building and informational purposes — we use these channels to communicate about new episode releases, project updates, events, and Deep engine development. These links lead to third-party platforms that operate under their own data handling policies — which fall outside the operation of the Deep engine. On our side, the inclusion of these links does not involve any data collection, tracking, or marketing use; they exist solely to provide access for those interested in our creative work.
